The most significant momentum is currently in Security and Protection, which leads all categories with 445% growth. This is closely followed by Facilities & Construction 330% and Human Capital 311%. These triple-digit surges suggest that agencies are actively seeking HUBZone partners for specialized physical and administrative infrastructure projects.
Information Technology (IT) remains the anchor of the HUBZone Schedule market, accounting for $867.5 million in 2025 sales more than doubling its volume since 2020.
Conversely, categories such as Textiles, Office Management, and Industrial Products have seen a decrease in Schedule spending, indicating a consolidation of requirements into higher-growth service areas.
For HUBZone-certified firms, these trends highlight a clear "path of least resistance" in sectors where agency demand is growing much faster than the historical baseline.
We are available to review these benchmarks in the context of your firm's specific service offerings or to discuss the process for capturing a larger share of this localized expenditure. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a brief technical discussion.
