should be updated once in a year, according to the GSA officials. Schedule holders can delete or add products/services, modify offering,
make administrative changes and request Economic Price Adjustments.

MAS Through the mass mod method, mass modifications are provided directly to contractors. Mass Mods must be signed
90 days after delivery. The key changes affecting the RFP and your ensuing contract are detailed in each mass modification.
Depending on the provisions of your contract, there can be different significant adjustments. The unsigned mass mod changes will be rolled
into the new Refresh mass mods if you don't sign a mass mod before the subsequent modification release. In other words, when you sign
Refresh 3 it will incorporate revisions from Refresh 2 and 3 if you have not already signed Refresh 2 by the time Refresh 3 is made
available.
The most important thing is to know when you need to start modifying your schedule and when GSA will start making changes that could
affect your schedule.
