Services

  1. Corporate Experience and Quality Control
  2. Technical experience to include 2 projects per service SIN (3 for any IT service SIN). Statements of work for the projects used.
  3. Commercial price list if any or market pricing tool
  4. Discounting policies including all concessions both standard and non-standard
  5. 2 years of financials balance sheet and P&L
  6. Client completion of pathway to success training
  7. Agent Authorization letter (for us to work with GSA on client's behalf)
  8. Basic company information including DUNS, TIN, SAM registry, Special Item Number (SINs) to be offered, scope of contract, accounting system, security clearance (if any) -all from questionnaire
  9. Agent Authorization letter (for us to work with GSA on client's behalf)
  10. Readiness Assessment
  11. Up to 20 (minimum of 4) client references
  12. Defined economic price adjustment vehicle for out years

If service pricing is by labor category at an hourly rate:

  1. Labor category descriptions
  2. Professional compensation plan
  3. SCA matrix and related wage determination
  4. One invoice per labor category offered to support either the commercial or MFC pricing.
