A GSA Schedule Build your first bridge in your Federal Sales Process. Building this bridge and following our proven strategy has led to billions of dollars in sales for our clients.
Generate positive past performance with your first Federal Customer which you will then leverage to make entering the next agency many fold easier.
Unlike a GSA Schedule which is “evergreen” or always open. Industry or Agency Specific GWAC and IDIQ contracts come open once every three to five years. We use these contracting vehicles for easy entry into additional federal agencies.
How Our GSA Package Works!
Our GSA Full-Service Application Service is our most popular service. This service starts with a free consultation to assess your eligibility and the appropriateness of a GSA Schedule Contract for your firm. We start with the following three step process.
Step 1: We go over with you the qualifications for obtaining your GSA Schedule Contract as well as the required documents that will be needed
Step 2: We review the appropriateness of a GSA Contract for your firm. In doing so we can review your competitors’ offering as your expected ROI.
Step 3: We discuss how to market your firm once you have obtained your GSA Schedule. This helps you prepare and be ready for when you are awarded your GSA Schedule.
We continue to support our clients after the submission process and work with many to both maintain their GSA Schedule as well as provide marketing services too many as well.

How We Complete Your Application Package!
Our Unique Preparation Process
Your GSA submission packet will have a minimum of 20 documents. The number and type of documents required depends upon your products or services.
We break submissions down into three sections:
Section I: Administrative
Section II: Pricing and Technical
Section III: Final information needed to wrap up the packet which varies depending on the submission but includes things like compensation plan, SCLS matrix, wage determinations, uncompensated OT, Letter of supply, etc.
General Submission Documents
These are the required documents needed in any GSA Application Submission
GSA Required Sections
These are the required sections that we complete as part of the GSA Application Process.
GSA Required Subsections
eOffer has many sub sections that also must be addressed.
We Create Large Amounts of Time Savings During This Process
To illustrate one of the ways using our services saves you time and money in the GSA application process we can look at the eOffer System. Almost all applicants attempting to complete the process on their own have a great deal of confusion in having both mandatory and firm specific sections that are required. The eOffer system does is designed for professional uses and therefore does not provide much guidance on how to deal with your firm's unique situation. Therefore, it becomes difficult for the nonprofessional to know what documents are needed. This is one of the ways using our services saves you hours of time attempting to work aimlessly through this process.
GSA Required Subsections Continued…
eOffer only has a handful of documents that are marked with an asterisk designating this document as required in the system. There are over 20 documents that must be submitted which varies depending on the offering.
GSA Errors
There are several errors that can cause the eOffer system to not allow submission. Navigating or preventing these errors requires knowledge and understanding of the GSA solicitation and process.
